All our products are handcrafted in Dondaicha M.H. and dispatched from our central hub in Indore M.P. for quick and safe delivery across India.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
We take 1-2 days to process and dispatch your order and handover to the courier. After that the courier takes around 3-7 days to deliver your order.
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.
PAYMENT METHOD
You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets, Ola Money, EMI, IMPS/NEFT & Simpel using our payment gateway RAZORPAY at the time of checkout. You can also checkout with Cash On Delivery. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, your order will be changed or re-routed and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.
FAILED DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customers expense.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED
We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by our courier.
Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy
At MK Wall Art, every product is carefully handmade, packed and inspected before dispatch. This Policy sets out the terms governing order cancellations, returns, refunds and replacements for purchases made through our website and other authorized sales channels.
By placing an order with MK Wall Art, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy, subject to applicable consumer laws.
1. Order Cancellation
Prepaid Orders
Once a prepaid order has been confirmed and processing has started, it may not be cancelled or modified.
If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through a cancellation request.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting MK Wall Art through the customer support details provided on our website.
Once a COD order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Returns and Refunds
Our products include handmade rangoli art, macrame handbags and kids' DIY kits, and each product is prepared and packed with care.
We generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or simply because the customer no longer wants the product.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, incorrect, or incomplete , you may contact us within the specified claim period for assistance.
Where a valid claim is approved, MK Wall Art may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable and subject to the circumstances of the case and applicable law.
3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Products
Customers are strongly advised to make a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel.
The video should clearly show:
- The unopened package
- Shipping label
- Opening of the package
- All products received
- The condition of the products
- The quantity of items received
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrect or different from what you ordered
- Missing any item included in your order
you must notify MK Wall Art within 24 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear and continuous unboxing video is strongly recommended for verification of damage, missing items or incorrect products.
Claims may be difficult to verify without adequate photographic/video evidence.
Please do not throw away the original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
4. Replacement Process
Once a claim is received, MK Wall Art will review the photographs, videos and order details provided by the customer.
If the claim is verified and approved, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law:
- Replace the affected product;
- Replace the missing or incorrect item; or
- Provide another appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Replacement products will be subject to availability.
For handmade products, minor variations in colour, texture, knots, finishing or appearance may naturally occur and will not necessarily be considered a defect.
5. Replacement Delivery Timeline
Approved replacement orders shall ordinarily be dispatched within 7–8 business days during non-festive periods.
During Diwali, festive seasons or periods of exceptionally high demand, replacement orders may take approximately 12–15 business days or longer where circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect production or delivery.
The customer will be informed if there is any significant delay.
6. Product-Specific Guidelines
Rangoli Art
Our rangoli art is reusable and handmade. Minor variations in colour, texture, finishing or handmade details may occur and are considered part of the handcrafted nature of the product.
Damage caused by improper handling, storage, washing, folding, use on unsuitable surfaces or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
