HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
We take 1-2 days to process and dispatch your order and handover to the courier. After that the courier takes around 1-7 days to deliver your order.
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customers expense.

To initiate an exchange, please ensure that you have the original packaging including the items and the boxes, and then contact our customer care team. We will arrange for the exchange shipment to be picked up by our logistics partner.
Once your exchange parcel undergoes our quality inspection, we will provide you a credit note of the same amount which you can use to order the new size/item.

Unused and damaged(in shipping) items are eligible for a full credit that can be used on the website.
We want to remind our customers that if any items are found missing or used from the return shipment, we reserve the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund credit amount.
